ICE and Water have a set point
Whatever the source of heat or cool, does not matter, when anything warms the earth more, it melts more Arctic Sea Ice and then it snows more. Whatever cools the earth, the Arctic Sea Ice will freeze and it will snow less. There is nothing more stable, with a set point, than ice and water. The current Temperature cycle of the Earth is extremely stable in a well bounded range!
